Delivery Information
1. Delivery Scope
As a UK-based enterprise, Daleyce currently offers delivery services across the entire United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). Direct delivery to regions outside the UK is not supported at this time.
2. Product Sourcing & Delivery Timeframe
Sourcing Origin: All products sold on the mall are sourced from high-quality supply chains in China. Every product undergoes quality inspection and packaging in China before being shipped to Daleyce's UK warehouse. The final delivery is then completed by the local UK logistics team.
Delivery Timeframe:
Regular Products: It takes 7-12 working days to ship products from China to the UK warehouse. After the warehouse sorts and dispatches the order, local delivery in the UK takes 2-5 working days. The total delivery time is expected to be 9-17 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Customized Products: Due to additional production or quality inspection processes, the total delivery time will be extended by 3-5 working days. Please refer to the order details page for specific information.
3. Delivery Fees
UK Domestic Delivery Fee: Orders with a net payment amount of £50 or more are eligible for free delivery. For orders with a net payment amount less than £50, a flat delivery fee of £6.99 will be charged.
Fee Explanation: The delivery fee includes international shipping costs from China to the UK, warehouse sorting fees in the UK, and local delivery fees. It does not include potential customs duties (UK domestic orders have completed customs clearance in advance, so customers do not need to pay additional customs duties).
4. Delivery Notes
Please accurately fill in the UK domestic delivery address (including postcode) and contact phone number when placing an order to avoid delivery delays or lost packages due to incorrect information.
During the international shipping and local delivery process, the mall will update the logistics information in real time. Customers can check the logistics status in "My Orders".
If the package is damaged or the product is abnormal when received, please take photos on the spot and contact the mall customer service (support@daleyce.com) within 24 hours for handling. Failure to do so within the time limit may affect after-sales rights.
